Tax bills are issued June 1 and divided into two installments. One bill is mailed in June with two coupons. The bill must be paid by the due date on each coupon or a 5% NYS mandated penalty is applied. A 1% penalty is applied on the first of each month thereafter.

Water bills are issued quarterly. They are read on the 15th of each month and bills sent on the last day of the month -due within thirty days. A 10% penalty is applied on the 31st day and a 15% penalty on the 120th day late. Thereafter, each 60 days late another 10% is applied. Delinquent water bills are transferred to Village Tax Bills in May.
